Refund Policy

We aim to be fair, transparent and prompt.

Consultations

If a scheduled consultation cannot be held on our side, you are entitled to a full refund or a rescheduled session, at your choice. Rescheduling on your side is possible up to 24 hours before the session.

Sacred rituals (Havan and similar)

Once a ritual date has been fixed and materials procured, refunds are not possible. Before that point, a full refund is available on request.

Sacred items

Consecrated items are non-returnable. Manufacturing defects are replaced free of charge.
