Transliteration
Om Bhūr Bhuvaḥ Svaḥ • Tat-savitur-vareṇyaṃ • Bhargo devasya dhīmahi • Dhiyo yo naḥ prachodayāt
English
We meditate upon the divine radiance of the Sun. May it illuminate our intellect.
Meaning:A universal prayer for wisdom and inner light, revealed to Sage Vishwamitra in the Rig Veda.
Traditional Use:Traditionally chanted at sunrise for clarity, focus and spiritual illumination.
